My experience spans enterprise IT operations, large projects and the realities of building software businesses.
I’ve worked across technology, financial services, manufacturing, software, fintech, DevOps and AI, including public-sector healthcare transformation. That breadth helps me connect technical decisions to the people, processes and services they affect.
Alongside contract work, I stay involved in software and business through board, founder and ownership roles. Each brings a different perspective on what it takes to develop and operate technology.
